I haven’t edited any of the individual baby shots yet, but I finished this shot of gorgeous mama and babe and couldn’t wait to share it with the world. I think this is officially one of my favorite shots ever. I enjoyed it so much guys, and can’t wait to see you all again.

Well I had been looking forward to shooting this little guy since his birth day last Sunday. Unfortunately the sun wasn’t so cooperative with us so we had to postpone for a few days. But not before I got in a few quick snaps of this guy outside. He was a very good sport, especially after I put the blanket on him. Can’t wait to see you guys on Wednesday to try again!

Aghast, I realized this week that I haven’t been capturing my son enough lately! L is usually a willing model, but T sometimes takes a little more work, and sadly, I haven’t been making that effort enough. And let’s face it, they are the reason I finally dove head first into this thing we call photography! So I’ve vowed to take more snapshots of them both, remembering that not every moment needs to be perfectly planned or posed, and that the sweet moments are usually the ones most meaningful and real. So without further adieu, here is my little guy, diaper man that he is, playing with his most treasured possession — his train set.
