A little beach addicted
Okay, so we homeschool, but we normally have lots of classes to keep us busy in the mornings. This week all swim classes were cancelled, so we had extra time on our hands, and the kids decided they wanted to go to the beach again. This morning made three in a row. It’s the beach a couple minutes’ walk from our house, and oddly we don’t go there very often. Except for this week, of course. Trying to take/post more pictures of my little guy since I usually get more shots of his sister. This morning was cloudy and rainy. I came prepared – I had a plastic garbage bag tucked away in case I needed to put my camera bag in it. Sure enough, I needed it. We got caught in a good downpour on the way home. It’s all about protecting the camera, lol!
From yesterday – a new lensbaby I’m still trying to get the hang of. A fun and creative toy but challenging for me because it’s manual focus.
And then from this morning. If we keep this up I’m going to have so many pictures I won’t know what to do with them!
He’s always trying to be like mommy and wink. His version of winking.
We sure will miss this place!
We walked over to the beach by our house this morning. The sun was bright (and harsh – not exactly ideal picture taking time), but we had fun. We have to remember to take advantage of it while we still can!
And from the other day – attempting something a little different for Valentine’s Day.
I love Hawaii in January!
I’ve been working an a little project this month and it really got me out and shooting. All are of my favorite model, as usual – I think we make a great team!
